Who we are
Villa Ourikech operates the website at ourikech.fr and the contact channels listed in the legal mentions. Any reference to "we", "us" or "our" in this notice refers to the entity identified there.
What data we collect
We collect only the data you actively provide via the contact form (name, email address, phone number if you choose to share it, country, travel dates, group size, accessibility needs, free-form message). Server logs may briefly retain your IP address for security and rate-limiting; logs are rotated within 30 days.
Why we collect it (legal basis)
We process your data to respond to your inquiry — that is the contractual / pre-contractual basis under article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Accessibility information is processed under article 9(2)(a) (your explicit consent) and is used only to prepare your stay.
Who has access
Inquiry data is read by Villa Ourikech staff. The transactional email service Resend (resend.com) processes the email payload as our processor under a Data Processing Agreement. We do not share your data for marketing or sell it to third parties.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. If a stay is booked, contractual data is kept for the legally required commercial retention period (typically 10 years under Moroccan accounting rules).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to its processing, by writing to info@ourikech.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France) or your national data-protection authority.
