Object
These conditions apply to the rental of Villa Ourikech (Route de l'Ourika km 13, Marrakech, Morocco) for the dates agreed in the booking confirmation. They are completed by any specific terms in that confirmation, which prevail in case of conflict.
Booking and payment
Stays are quoted on inquiry. The booking is firm once a deposit (typically 30%) has been received. The balance is due at the latest 30 days before arrival. Payment is by bank transfer in EUR or MAD. A refundable security deposit may be requested on arrival.
Cancellation
Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: deposit refunded minus a handling fee. Between 60 and 30 days: deposit retained. Less than 30 days: full price retained, except where rebooking is possible. We strongly recommend cancellation insurance.
Inventory and security
An inventory is signed on arrival and on departure. Damage beyond normal wear may be deducted from the security deposit. The villa's capacity is fixed at 8 guests; additional guests must be agreed in writing.
Liability
The owner is liable in accordance with applicable law. The owner is not liable for indirect damages, force majeure events (fire, flood, civil unrest, public-health emergencies, official restrictions), or the personal property of guests beyond what insurance covers.
Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
